Welcome to Gaur Brahman Degree College
The college is adorned by newly built buildings surrounded by purity of environment far away from the hustle and bustle of city life with a climate conducive to imbibing values of hard work, honesty and integrity of character formation among the prospective students.
A well stocked library with a different variety of books on almost every fields helps in inculcating the habit of voracious reading among students. The college has two air-conditioned labs well furnished with 150 computers supported by entire paraphernalia like coloured LED/LCD, printers & smart class rooms.
The college computer labs are connected 24 hrs. with internet facility which was started in Oct. 1999 and it has been functioning quite smoothly. The college is progressing towards computer awareness programmes as it is the need of the hour. In the same direction, the college has commenced vocational courses in computer Applications to be undertaken, along with other degree courses. The placement cell of the college has various achievements. The cell has placed many students of BCA 3rd year in admirable positions.
The College posses audio-visual aids like Multimedia DLP projector, colour L.E.D./L.C.D. T.V., over head projectors, Fax, Scanner etc. for better teaching facilities and better reception of students. The college can boast a vast well-maintained play ground spread over an area of 8 acres of land to fulfil the essential requirement of overall development of student's personality and to infuse a sportsman spirit among modern youth. The college has well equipped air conditioned seminar room for B.B.A., B.C.A. & P.G. stream students. The construction of a big Auditorium with the capacity of 750 persons is in full swing. CCTV Cameras have been installed in the college premises to ensure safety and security.
The college boasts of a palatial building with spacious and airy rooms. New furniture has been made available for the benefits of the students. Besides, the college has installed two water coolers fitted with R.O. system. There is 24 hours power back-up in the campus. A new Digital English Lab has already been established to enable the students to develop and enhance their soft skills. Internet facility has been provided to the students to update their knowledge.
